OVERVIEW AND EXPERIENCE
Originally from South America, Stefania, along with her family, immigrated to the United States (Florida) when she was 12 years old. She has a strong Italian heritage, which combined with her South American roots provide her with a distinct view of the world, and people, which complements the varied cultural heritages of Oram and Moss’s clientele. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
In addition to her language capabilities, Ms. Napolitano has a strong educational background – specifically focused on the core of the Oram and Moss practice. Ms. Napolitano graduated and attained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she also acquired an Estate Planning Certificate in 2017. After obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Napolitano obtained a Master of Law in Taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law. This knowledge base allows Ms. Napolitano to be fluent in the intricacies of the law of succession and estates and provide the best possible advice for clients to maintain efficient allocation of taxable assets.
Prior to coming to Oram and Moss, Stefania gained experience in Estate and Trust administration, and the administration of Guardianship estates. Stefania is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and the State of Florida.
Stefania lives in Frederick, Maryland with her husband, Taylor. In her free time Stefania enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling.
